- Good customization features (Color, Logo, Banner etc.)
- Sub-domain, CNAME
- Notifications – Browser, Alerts, Emails
- User Ranks (Good especially for Niche focused, Tech forums like StackExchange etc) – As an admin you can encourage & reward the users accordingly
- Public & Private spaces
- SEO friendly (URLs, Meta data etc)
- Good Team & great support
Need Improvements
- UI/UX need to be improved
- SMTP is not available for white-label
Recommended for
- Niche specific communities (Ex: Crypto forums, Tech Forums)
- Community based E-Commerce stores
- Public groups for open discussions (SEO benefits)
